Metohija Sever wine-growing region extends to the courts in the northwestern part of the Metohija to the slopes of Mokra Gora mountain in the north, to the river Pećka Bistrica in the south.

Metohija Sever wine-growing region occupies an area of 41 009,09 ha hectares, where the largest wine-growing subregion is Istok wine-growing subregion.

Peć wine-growing subregion extends from Peć and the Pećka Bistrica River from the west to the river Beli Drim in the east.

Peć wine-growing subregion covers parts of the following municipalities: Novo Selo, Brestovik, Crni Vrh, Peć, Blagaje, Plavljane, Lješane, Klinčina, Gornji Petrič, Jablanica, Novo Selo – Zajmovo i Grabanica, and municipalities Dubovo, Ozrim, Siga, Vitomirica, Ruhot, Trstenik, Stup, Budisavci, Naglavci, Veliko Kruševo, Jagoda, Trebović, Naklo, Ljutoglava, Labljane, Svrke, Ćuška, Zahać, Romune, Glavičica, Donji Petrič, Novo selo – Deič i Drenovac.

Istok wine-growing subregion stretches on the southern slopes of Mountain Mokra Gora to the Metohia plain from the city Crkolez to the east, to the Radovac town in the west and the river Beli Drim.
