Pocerje-Valjevo wine-growing region is located south of the Sava River and east of the Drina River, on the slopes of mountain Cer and Vlasic, in the upper basins of rivers Tamnava, Ub, Kolubara and Ljig in the east and in the catchment area of the river Jadar in the west.

Kolubara-Ljig wine-growing subregion is an elongated wine-growing subregion in the eastern part of the wine-growing region in the medium flow of rivers Tamnava, Ub and Kolubara and the lower course of the river Ljig, and consists of four parts separated by these waterways.

Central part: parts of municipalities Novaci, Trlić, Zvizdar, Čučuge, Pambukovica, Dokmir, Tvrdojevac, Nepričava, Rubribreza, Lajkovac, Stepanje, Slovac, Gvozdenović, Kršna Glava, Slatina, Raduša and the whole municipalities Vrnovine and Baljevac.
