Ključ wine-growing subregion includes parts of  municipalities Davidovac, Kladušnica, Kladovo, Kostol, Velika Vrbica, Rtkovo, Korbovo, Vajuga, Podvrška i Manastirica and  municipality Milutinovac i Rečica.

Brzapalanka wine-growing subregion covers the northeastern part of the Negotinska Krajina area along the Danube River.

Brzapalanka wine-growing subregion includes parts of municipality Velika Kamenica, Velesnica, Ljubičevac, Reka, Urovica, also municipality Grabovica, Brza Palanka i Kupuzište.

Mihajlovac wine-growing subregion is located south of Brzapalanka wine-growing subregion and the greatest part includes vineyard grounds next to the Danube.

Rogljevo-Rajac wine-growing subregion includes the southern part of the Negotinska Krajina area and consists of two parts: the larger, northern and small, southern.

Rogljevo-Rajac wine-growing subregion covers the following cadastral municipalities:
Northern part: parts of municipalities Rečka, Mokranje, Tamnič, Smedovac, Rogljevo, Veljkovo i Rajac.

Southern part: parts of municipalities Braćevac, Crnomasnica, Aleksandrovac i Kovilovo.
