Leskovac wine-growing region covers fields distributed on all sides of the city of Leskovac, in quite broad and jagged slope of the upper basin of Južna Morava river and its tributaries such as the Pusta Reka, Veternica, and Vlasina.

Vlasotinace wine-growing subregion includes parts of municipalities Gradašnica, Lipovica, Manojlovce, Donje Krajince, Gornje Krajince, Stajkovce, Konopnica, Skrapež, Šišave, Donja Lomnica, Gornja Lomnica, Crna Bara, Crnatovo, Kruševica, Boljare, Vlasotince – out of town, Vlasotince – town, Jastrebac, Dadince, Gradište, Kovačeva Bara, Sejanica, Dedina Bara, Bojšina, Grdelica, Kozare, Orašje, Ladovica, Prilepac, Guberevac, Dobrotin, Grdelica selo, Grdelica varoš, as well as a municipality Rajino Polje.
